Be sure to also register or leave your emails so we can contact you about your order if need be. One order per a customization. If you need a set of 24 with two different names, you will order two 12 packs.

WASHING/CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Our in-house printed tees require a wash before wearing - this washes away any residue. If it isn't washed, it can cause sun staining when out in the sun.
For any of our Boutique items, please adhere to the manufacture label for care.
Return Policy
Return Policy
We certainly want our customers to feel confident in their purchase. If the item is received and it is the wrong size, feel free to exchange it for the right size. All cost of shipping is on the customer since we do include size charts in each listing. Please contact us so we can arrange shipping and payment.
If a customer receives a product and just absolutely does not like it, they can return the item within 2 days of receiving. Please notify The Twisted Hippo first by email at Thetwistedhippo@gmail.com stating order number and reason for return. The Twisted Hippo will email a self-addressed label. The item will need to be mailed within 2 days of contacting us. Once the item is returned, a refund will be processed minus shipping fee. All items need to be returned in the manner they were received, no stains, tears, smoke smell, pet dander, etc.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom, clearance items, fundraisers or seasonal items.
