All cost of shipping is on the customer since we do include size charts in each listing. PleaseĀ contact us so we can arrange shipping and payment.
If a customer receives aĀ product and just absolutely does not like it, they can return the item within 2 days of receiving. Please notify The Twisted Hippo first by email at Thetwistedhippo@gmail.com stating order number and reason for return.Ā The Twisted Hippo will email a self-addressed label. The item will need to be mailed withinĀ 2 days of contacting us. Once the item is returned, a refund will be processed minus shipping fee.Ā All items need to be returnedĀ in the manner they were received, no stains, tears, smoke smell, pet dander, etc.
