Shipping & Returns
We certainly want our customers to feel confident in their purchase. If the item is received and it is the wrong size, feel free to exchange it for the right size. All cost of shipping is on the customer since we do include size charts in each listing. Please contact us so we can arrange shipping and payment.
If a customer receives a product and just absolutely does not like it, they can return the item within 2 days of receiving. Please notify The Twisted Hippo first by email at Thetwistedhippo@gmail.com stating order number and reason for return. The Twisted Hippo will email a self-addressed label. The item will need to be mailed within 2 days of contacting us. Once the item is returned, a refund will be processed minus shipping fee. All items need to be returned in the manner they were received, no stains, tears, smoke smell, pet dander, etc.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom, clearance items, fundraisers or seasonal items.
