Each item on our website is print to order. We use the latest direct to garment printing technology and Bella and Canvas 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton unisex tees. Super soft modern UNISEX fit, true to size. Women can order their usual size for a relaxed fit or size down one if a more fitted look is desired.

SHIPPING POLICY
The Twisted Hippo ships all products USPS with tracking. Once a label is generated, customer will receive a tracking from USPS. Products are typically shipped within 2-business days. This changes during holiday season, and we will update our policy to reflect this change.
RETURN POLICY
We certainly want our customers to feel confident in their purchase. If the item is received and it is the wrong size, feel free to exchange it for the right size. All cost of shipping is on the customer since we do include size charts in each listing. Please contact us so we can arrange shipping and payment.
If a customer receives a product and just absolutely does not like it, they can return the item within 2 days of receiving. Please notify The Twisted Hippo first by email at Thetwistedhippo@gmail.com stating order number and reason for return. The Twisted Hippo will email a self addressed label. The item will need to be mailed within 2 days of contacting us. Once the item is returned, a refund will be processed. All items need to be returned in the manner they were received, no stains, tears, smoke smell, pet dander, etc.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or clearance items.
